No Returns Policy
JVH Creations strives to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand business, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or incorrect products.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We may require photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item to process your refund.
Refund Process
Upon verification of the damage or error, we could initiate a refund for the full purchase price of the product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We may be able to organise with the printing company to send a replacement item if the items were at fault of the printing company and not JVH Creations.
No Refunds for Customer Error
We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer, including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, color, or design. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
