Cancellation Policy

At JVH Creations, we strive to provide quality products through our print-on-demand services in collaboration with a local manufacturer in Australia. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have the following cancellation policy:

1. Order Cancellation Window:

   • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders:

   • Once your order enters production with our local manufacturer, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Custom Designs:

   • Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand items, cancellations or changes to custom designs are not permitted once production has started.

4. Refunds for Cancellations:

   • If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
